Operational and Business Development Lead

Henry Aderibigbe serves as the Operational and Business Development Lead for the Provisio team. Before joining Provisio, Henry is an accomplished security professional with nearly 20 years of experience in corporate and private security management, operations, and business development across industries such as manufacturing, tobacco, and private security consulting. Henry specializes in designing and implementing effective security strategies that mitigate risks and drive organizational success.

Henry began his career at Procter & Gamble as a Facility Security and External Relations Officer, managing security operations for multiple facilities and engaging with external stakeholders. At British American Tobacco, he served as Security Manager, enhancing infrastructure and ensuring compliance with global safety standards. Transitioning to the private security sector, Henry held leadership roles at Pilgrims Africa Limited, excelling in operations, business development, and expanding the company’s client base.

Henry is a visionary leader dedicated to mentoring, high-performance training, and inspiring others to achieve excellence. He possesses degrees in Criminology & Security Studies, an MBA in Transport and Logistics Management, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Theology.

Henry also serves as a Zonal Pastor with the Redeemed Christian Church of God, where he combines his leadership acumen with his passion for community development and spiritual growth.

Senior Training & Development Advisor

Kevin Jones serves as a Consultant and Training & Development Lead at ProvisioGC, bringing over 15 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Army and deep expertise in leadership, training, and operational readiness. A seasoned combat veteran, Kevin attained the rank of Staff Sergeant (SSGT) and held critical roles as a 19D Reconnaissance Scout and 11B Infantryman, with additional specialized training as a Light Wheel Vehicle Mechanic. He is also a qualified Airborne Paratrooper and completed Jungle Survival Training in the dense terrain of Panama, further reinforcing his tactical and survival skillset.

Kevin’s military career spanned deployments across Germany, Iraq, Kuwait, Panama, Southwest Asia, and Saudi Arabia, where he demonstrated exceptional performance and earned multiple commendations for excellence and selfless service.

Following his active-duty service, Kevin became an instructor at the U.S. Army Primary Leadership Development Course (PLDC), where he trained and mentored junior soldiers to become future leaders. This formative experience laid the foundation for his passion in training, development, and building organizational capability.

Transitioning to the private sector, Kevin served as an Operations Supervisor in the Washington, D.C. area, overseeing high-security locations including embassies, commercial banking centers, and U.S. government facilities. His responsibilities included training armed guards, conducting site inspections, and working closely with stakeholders to maintain operational effectiveness and security compliance.

At ProvisioGC, Kevin leads training and workforce development initiatives with a focus on identifying capability gaps, designing tailored workshops, supporting change management, evaluating program impact, and delivering leadership and technical training that drives performance and resilience.

A dedicated family man, Kevin is passionate about traveling, weightlifting, marksmanship, and all things security.

Deputy Operations & Training Lead

Patrick Sotomi is the Deputy Operations & Training Lead on the Provisio team, bringing over a decade of expertise in personal, corporate, and national security. With a proven track record of safeguarding lives and assets, Patrick excels in intelligence gathering, overseeing security operations, managing teams, and implementing effective security policies, protocols, and procedures.

Before joining the Provisio team, Patrick served as a Close Protection Officer at Arcfyre Logistics Nigeria, where he collaborated directly with Meta. Prior to this, he was a senior Intelligence Officer with the Department of State Services (DSS), where he was instrumental in security planning and intelligence gathering. Patrick has led key initiatives that shaped high-level decision-making in intelligence operations and brings extensive expertise in intelligence analysis, operational management, and strategy development. Patrick’s career encompasses a wide range of roles, including VIP protection, managing counterintelligence missions, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating multi-agency collaborations across Nigeria’s geopolitical zones.

Patrick is a certified Project Manager, and he holds a Bachelor of arts (B.A) in Communication & English Language from the University of Ibadan (U.I). Patrick is also a certified Security Specialist from the Nigerian Institute for Industrial Security. In his free time, Patrick enjoys exploring outdoors, watching movies, and practicing Martial Arts.
