Job Summary: 

We are seeking vigilant and professional Manned Security Guards to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment by patrolling premises, monitoring surveillance systems, controlling access points, and responding to security incidents. 

Reports To: Security Supervisor/Operations Team/Site Chief Security Officer 

Key Responsibilities 

Access Control & Surveillance 

  • Monitor and control entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access. 
  • Verify identification, log visitors, and issue access passes where applicable. 
  • Conduct security checks on personnel, visitors, vehicles, and deliveries as required. 
  • Operate and monitor CCTV systems, radios, and alarm panels, escalating alerts promptly. 
  • Ensure gates, doors, and restricted areas remain secured at all times. 

Patrolling & Incident Response 

  • Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols to detect suspicious activity, hazards, or vulnerabilities.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Ensure proper handover notes during shift changes. 

Compliance, Discipline & Team Coordination 

  • Follow site-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), post orders, and client instructions. 
  • Adhere to uniform, grooming, and conduct standards. 
  • Participate in briefings, drills, and refresher trainings. 
  • Communicate effectively with fellow guards, supervisors, and control room personnel. 
  • Protect confidential information and company assets at all times. 

Health, Safety & Risk Awareness 

  • Identify safety hazards (electrical faults, spills, damaged fencing, etc.) and report promptly. 
  • Promote safe practices and ensure emergency equipment is unobstructed and functional.

Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Minimum of 2-6 years’ experience in security, law enforcement, or related field. 
  • Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or equivalent (additional security training is a plus). 
  • Strong observational and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.

Position Summary: 

The Front Desk Officer and is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors at our security consulting firm. Responsibilities 

Front Desk & Client Interaction 

  • Greet and direct clients, visitors, and staff in a professional, welcoming manner.

Position Overview 

The Compliance & Deployment Officer oversees the effective deployment, supervision, and regulatory compliance of all manned guard operations. The role ensures operational excellence through coordinated guard postings, enforcement of company standards, compliance audits, and adherence to NSCDC/PGC regulations and client requirements. 

The officer also maintains rapid access to client sites by operating a company power bike

Strong leadership and team collaboration are essential, as the role involves guiding field operatives, coordinating across departments, and upholding consistent operational standards at all locations. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Guard Deployment & Workforce Coordination 

  • Plan, schedule, and update guard deployments across all client locations. 
  • Ensure all posts are fully staffed with qualified, vetted, and trained personnel. 
  • Provide leadership to field supervisors and guards to ensure discipline, punctuality, and professionalism. 
  • Respond to emergencies, absenteeism, or last-minute deployment changes with decisive action.
